John has been a Licensed R.E. Salesperson with Tim Borshoff Realty for 38 years. He has worked extensively with other organizations outside of real estate, while maintaining his license with the company. He is the former President of the Better Contractor's Bureau and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Rochester Home Builders Organization. He also held the role of President of Hi-Qual Building Products.
John also holds his Florida Real Estate Salesperson License and focuses on Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the Sanibel Island regions. John is also licensed in the Binghamton NY Real Estate Board.

Patricia has been licensed as a NYS Real Estate Salesperson at Tim Borshoff Realty, Inc since 1999. Her contributions to the company have ranged from property sales and client support, to property investment research and ownership, in NYS and Florida. Patti earned her Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Patricia and Tim Borshoff are Managing Partners of Gulfside Group LLC. Affiliations: NAR; GRAR; Pittsford Chamber of Commerce, Pittsford Assessment Review Board; Finance and Grounds Committees Member, Mariner Pointe HOA, Sanibel, FL, and Palm Island HOA Board Member.

Brian shares ownership of residential rental property in the Rochester, NY area market.

Jasen Borshoff - Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Jasen currently works for Avava Advanced Aesthetic Laser Sales. He previously worked for Neuronetics and was the former Associate Head Coach of Wrestling and Director of Recruiting for Binghamton University's wrestling program. He is a licensed real estate agent in New York and has remained an employee of the company for many years. Jasen holds his Master's Degree in Health Promotion Management, along with his undergraduate degree from American University. Jasen shares ownership of additional rental property and is a partner in Gulfside Group LLC.

He has several years of real estate investments experience and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Tampa. Chad Hayden - General Counsel
Chad R. Hayden, an attorney for over 40 years, represents the Corporation in general, real estate, contractual, as well as landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Hayden is a graduate of The Cornell Law School, holds his Master's Degree in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Chad is a retired judge, and past attorney for the City of Rochester.

Corey currently works as a Real Estate Investment Manager at abrdn, a global investment management firm. He has several years of real estate investment and development experience in markets across the country and has remained a part-time employee of Tim Borshoff Realty. Corey holds his Master's of Science Degree in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University. Previously, he worked for RCG LLC, EDENS, and was a Senior Associate in the Financial Markets practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Corey is also a limited partner in additional properties with Gulfside Group LLC.
